On Saturday, 23rd July 2022, Hon. George Mireku Duker; Member of the Ghana Parliament for Tarkwa-Nsuaem Constituency commissioned a fully-furnished ultramodern 3-Unit Classroom Block at Teberebe MA Basic School in the Tarkwa-Nsuaem Municipality.
The project, fully funded by Ghana National Petroleum Cooperation (GNPC), and fully facilitated by my office consists of:
1. three (3) classrooms
2. one (1) staff office
3. one (1) store room
3. fully furnished with 120 tables and chairs
Dr Dominic Eduah, the Executive Director of GNPC Foundation in his remarks, assured to provide continuous support for the development of the Municipality.
In Hon George’s speech, he outlined some of the many projects his capable office has embarked on since assuming office, some of which were self-financed and others lobbied by various institutions.
He reiterated his commitment to the development of the constituency and he guaranteed to work relentlessly to achieve this vision.
The Chief, Nana Kojo Minna II, expressed his utmost appreciation on behalf of his people and promised to maintain the facility for future generations.
He was accompanied by Hon. Benjamin Kessie, MCE, Party executives and some officials from the GNPC.
