Men whose identity is not known, on Friday, in Ho, allegedly kidnapped a 14 years old teenager. They later left him after knowing their preference was a female and not a male.
The young boy narrated that he was kidnapped when he stepped out of their gated house to urinate.
He said, “I remember a hand blindfolding me, and later on, a voice said a female was needed instead”
The young boy had his hands and face tied with ropes and kept in a sack. He was later abandoned in the area where he was kidnapped.
He was rushed to the hospital for medical attention. The Ho Municipal Chief Executive, Mr. Prosper Kofi Pi-Bansah said, “this could be a clear case of a ritual operation gone good for the victim and bad for the kidnappers.”
Mr. Prosper later appealed to parents and guardians to be watchful over their children, especially teenagers, to keep them from danger at all times.
Investigations have been mounted on the alleged kidnapping case.
