Christ Embassy, also known as LoveWorld Incorporated or Believers’ Loveworld, is a megachurch and a Christian denomination founded by Pastor Chris Oyakhilome in 1987.
Christ Embassy owned a microfinance bank by the name of Paralex Bank. It has transitioned into a commercial bank, with the Highly Esteemed Pastor/Dr Adeola Philips as Chairman of the board and Mr Olufemi Bakre as the Managing Director.
It is having its headquarters in Victoria Island, Lagos.
This would be the first time in Nigeria that a microfinance bank transitioned into a commercial bank.
