Compulsory Retirement Of NABCO Trainees At The Ministry Of Chieftaincy And Religious Affairs

A letter has been issued to the Ministry of Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs for them to relieve all their NABCO trainees of their current duties and allow them to exit from the service.

The Nation Builders Corps (NABCO) programme is a government initiative to address graduate unemployment to solve social problems. The focus of the initiative was solving public service delivery in health, education, agriculture, technology, governance and driving revenue mobilization and collection.

The letter to the Ministry of Chieftaincy read:

Retention and exit of national builders corps (NABCO) trainees under placement in your organisation.

This is to kindly remind you that, the National Builders Corps (NABCO) programme ended at the end of December 2021. Unfortunately, the information reaching the Hon. Minister currently indicates that some Trainees are still at the pose.

You are kindly required to relieve all the trainees of their current duties and allow them to exit from the service.

Counting on your cooperation in this matter.
