Due to injury, Ghana captain and Swansea City hero Dede Ayew will miss his team’s Championship match against Queens Park Rangers on April 20.
The 31-year old was pulled off early out of Swansea’s 2-2 draw against Wycombe Wanderers last Saturday after sustaining a hamstring injury.
The in-form midfielder will miss the club’s match against QPR, and striker Liam Cullen, who made a stunning comeback against the Choirboys, is expected to fill the gap.
In the current competition, Ayew has become the Welsh club’s go-to man as they try to win automatic promotion to the Premier League next season.
In 40 appearances for his club, the midfielder has 15 goals and four assists, and his absence could be a major blow to Steve Cooper’s side in their promotion push.
