After the announcement of Professor Naana Opoku Agyemang been running mate for John Mahama on 6th July 2020, over 1,000,000 women across the country have declared their support and votes for her just because she is a woman and that is the time they said they have been waiting for.

They said they are going to campaign and vote for NDC so that the woman can become the first female vice president in Ghana. Jackie on Metro TV Good Morning Ghana plus say her vote is for the woman already just because she is a woman and she will campaign and make sure NDC win 2020 elections so that they ( women) will have for the first time a female Vice President in Ghana.  She says is their duty now to protect the woman, campaign for her so that she becomes the first female Vice President in Ghana.

What about you as a woman out there? This is the time for you women to be part of 2nd highest position in the country so let campaign for her, help her, and vote for NDC so that the country can recognize us as important people for a decision-making body in the country. My fellow women out there, please let us campaign and vote for NDC so that we can have our own (woman) in the 2nd highest decision making body in the country. If we allow this opportunity to pass by, then we have to blame ourselves. My vote is for Professor Naana Opoku Agyemang and NDC in the 2020 election. So please, let us vote for her so that we can have our own representative in the 2nd highest decision-making level in the country.
