Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanten participated in the meeting of the Council of Ministers of the African Continental Free Trade Area(AfCFTA) held in Accra from Monday, July 25th to Tuesday, July 26th, 2022.
The African Continental Free Trade Area(ACCFTA) is a strategic framework for delivering on Africa’s goal for inclusive and sustainable development. Its role is to reduce tariffs among members and cover policy areas such as trade facilitation and services.
The Minister for Trade and Industry and politician, Alan Kyeremanten added that, as a host Minister, he was encouraged by the enthusiasm shown by his colleague ministers in ensuring the success of AfCFTA.
