There has been a call by the former president and now the flag bearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for a debate with the current president and flag bearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP). All things point out that this debate might not hold, due to some reason. But there are some individuals like Kevin Taylor who are willing to push in their resources to make this debate a reality.
On a live broadcast on LoudSilence radio and TV today, he said, “With all due respect, I’m the CEO of Loud Silence media. I will contribute $10,000 to organise this debate. Franklyn Kudjo, if you people are listening to me, with all due respect, I want to be part of this. We want to make sure this debate happens and I’m making this public. Franklyn Kudjo, whoever, NCCE, IEA, if you are telling us there’s no money, I am willing to donate $10,000. If they need that I can donate. I won’t interfere with the questions, anything. I just, I mean Ghanaians just want this debate to happen”
