The former U-20 World Cup player and a present key player of Medeama SC, Eric Ofori Antwi, has stated his readiness to join the national team (Black Stars) should an invitation be thrown at him any moment. He adds that Covid-19 will not deter him from working hard as he believes that will soon be noticed by Charles Kwablan Akonnor, Black Stars' current Coach , for a call-up. In relation to the upcoming Ghana Premier League, he has informed the public of working very hard with his team to win. However, the player says if they don't catch the moon, at least they'll catch the star, thus, if they don't win the Premier League, they're certain to win the MTN FA Cup. He confidently adds, "I'm itching for more victories and I remain focused to achieve that with Medeama".
