Apostle General, Sam Korankye-Ankrah said on Sunday that former President Jerry John Rwalings will forever owe God thanksgiving as a result of the 4th June execution.

“On 15th May 1979, Jerry John Rawlings attempted a mutiny. The military put him on trial, found him guilty and were going to execute him on June 4th. Some young soldiers broke into the prison and brought him out to come and lead. After which the PNDC regime metamorphosed into NDC and he won the first two elections.”

He added, “if there’s anyone who can talk about the hand of God, the mercies, the goodness of God and how God can deliver you when you are face to face with death, it’s him. It’s J.J Rwalings.”
