Kelvin Brown popularly known as Kelvyn Boy, is a Ghanaian song writer and Afrobeat singer. He is set to release his new album titled “Black Star” on Friday, 30 October, 2020.
The black star album is made up of 15 songs which features both Ghanaian and Nigerian artists, with the likes of Medikal, Ambulley, Rocky Dwauni, Kofi Mole, Quamina Mp, Efya, Ov, Crayon and Samini.
Information reaching Vesta daily from Kelvyn Boy says, “there would not be any single after the release of the Black Star album”, adding that his concentration would be on the promotion of his new album.
Kelvyn Boy explained that Afrobeat is the combination of African music and the album was made of afrobeat-bangers as well as other genres.
“I have already seen the support and the reception of people ahead of the album release. Music-loving fans are already developing a love for the album and I believe that the energy is going to be high and I’m expecting everyone to support this album to be number one in the world,” he said.
Kelvyn Boy was formally signed to Burniton Music Group, where he won the Unsung Artiste if the Year in the 2918 VGMAs, but currently signed under Black Arm Group Record Label.
