Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo, the President of Ghana from 7th January 2017 who’s turner ended on 7th December, has retained his position for the next four years to lead the people of Ghana, after a general election on 7th January, 2020.

He previously served as Attorney General from 2001 to 2003 and as Minister for Foreign Affairs from 2003 to 2007 under the Kufuor-led administration. He is also currently the Chairman of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).
