The NDC has been following the result for the Techiman South constituency for the parliamentary elections result as they claimed their candidate won Techiman South Constituency.
Mr. Johnson Asiedu Nketiah today went to the Wenchi High Court with Generator and Photocopy Machine. He said, “The lights went off as they planned and we lend the court our Generator to continue the process”.
General is an incredibly smart man because one saw it coming but he did. He anticipated it and his preparedness pleasantly shocked the Court. He knows the current state of the country so far as Dumsor is concerned that is why he went to the court ready for anything that comes his way.
Mr. Christopher Baasongti Bayere, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) parliamentary candidate for the constituency, had filed an appeal for the papers, which included a review sheet for the 267 polling stations in the constituency
The court ordered that only original copies of the papers, not the photocopied copies previously submitted by the EC, be accepted at the hearing on Wednesday, April 14.
The court ordered the EC to file the documents and awarded Mr. Baasongti costs for the EC’s inability to properly produce the documents as instructed.
