Haruna Iddrisu is a lawyer and politician who is a member of the Seventh Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana representing Tamale South. He is also currently the Minority Leader in Ghana’s Parliament.

With regards to the contention of some Constituencies’ Haruna Iddrisu has started that, the NDC is ready to swim across the Atlantic Ocean to protect the verdict of the people in the said constituencies.

He wrote;
“Keep calm! The NDC is forming majority in the 8th Parliament of the Fourth Republic. Currently, we have 136 undisputed and unsubvertible seats.

Sene West and Techiman South are in contention. But these seats cannot even be stolen by the shenanigans of the serpent who possessed Eve to convince Adam to eat the forbidden apple in Garden of Eden.

The NPP is harnessing communist inferior tactics or just buying time to sway Ghanaians from the massive vote of no confidence in Nana Addo led government. The NDC is ready to swim across the Atlantic ocean to protect the verdict of the people in the said constituencies. The NPP will have no choice but to let go like they did in Savelugu and Upper Denkyira West.

With that two additional seats, the NDC forms a simple majority in parliament with at least 138 seats or more.

However, the NDC is also contesting Sefwi Wiaso, Tarkwa and Zabzugu.

Once again, thanks to Ghanaians for the confidence reposed in the NDC.
