Ogyeahoho Yaw Gyebi II, the Paramount Chief Of Sefwi Anhwiaso Traditional Area, has won the elections in the quest of a president for the National House Of Chiefs.

The election helped today, November 12, crowning him as the overall winner leading with forty-seven (47) votes. He also beat the incumbent president, Togbe Afede XIV, who lost with twenty-five (25) votes.

Naa Puowele Karbo, the Paramount Chief for the Lawra Traditional Area, was also elected Vice President over Daasebre Kwebu Ewusi VII of Abeadze Traditional Area.

Other traditional leaders and members of their communities have shared in their joy as series of CONGRATULATIONS have flooded social media.
