Archbishop Duncan Williams, the founder and general overseer of the Action Chapel International in a sermon to his congregation thought them one skill of being a leader, which is to exercise description.

He stated that, not all things must be told or said, because telling people or the church makes them to backslide.
He went ahead to caution the church to ‘shut their mouth’ and start believing in leadership. This is as a result of they questioning leadership when one is being disciplined. Instead of they staying with leadership and the church, they follow ‘gift’ (the person disciplined). “Meanwhile you don’t know what you’re following”, he added.
“A leader can’t tell you everything, it will take time for you to know the reason behind a decision, and by so doing it might be too late. You would have messed yourself up.”
“Gifting’s have nothing to do with maturity. Don’t think when one is gifted, he’s spiritual. Gift has nothing to do with spirituality.”
