The UK Branch Of NDC In Greater Manchester Swears In New Executives

Over the weekend, newly elected executives were sworn in by the National Democratic Congress (NDC) branch of Greater Manchester in the United Kingdom.

Mr Emmanuel Yeboah was elected chairman, Mr Francis Aweso was named secretary, and Mr David Kofi Dadzi was named treasurer as a result of the vibrant event.

Additional participants included Mr Gabriel Dwomoh for communications, Dr Christopher Acquaye for the organization, Mr Christian Aboagye for the youth organization, and Madam Adelaide Manu for the women’s organization.

Speaking to party supporters at the ceremony, the branch chairman, Mr Yeboah, emphasized the necessity of uniting all party members in order to achieve the objective of toppling the Nana Addo-Bawumia government, which has caused the good people of Ghana untold hardship.

Although he acknowledged the current difficulties facing the world economy, he claimed that reckless borrowing, along with previously unheard-of corruption and flagrant displays of incompetence, had led to Ghana’s unenviable position of receiving negative ratings from nearly all international rating agencies.

Mr. Dwomoh, the communication officer, hinted that the branch was prepared to help the party win the elections in 2024.

Additionally, he expressed gratitude to all party members who attended the ceremony and urged all supporters of the party to emulate the NDC’s good deeds, which included the construction of Terminal 3, the Atuabo Gas Plant, the University of Ghana Medical Center, the Greater Accra Regional Hospital, over 1000 CHPS compounds, E blocks, and numerous other societal improvement initiatives.

As a representative of the branch’s Women’s Wing, Madam Adelaide Manu prayed for divine intervention to deliver the nation from the “super incompetent and corrupt” rule of Nana Akufo-Addo and Dr Bawumia.

She described the frustrations families are feeling as a result of the high cost of living and inflation that has rendered their remittances useless.

Members cheered and sang along to party songs as the event came to a close, showing their readiness for the elections in 2024.
