– The decision by the electoral commission not to accept old voter’s ID and birth certificate as source documents for new registration have gotten many questioning the basis for their decision.
– It is said that the documents for registering as a voter for the 2020 elections would be a passport and the Ghana card.
The argument then becomes; what then is the source document for the passport and the Ghana card?
This makes it very disturbing because many Ghanaians are about to miss the 2020 elections which is their constitutional right.
A check shows that 7,091,769 Ghanaians have registered for the Ghana Card with about 3,683,955 cards yet to be delivered.
The question is; when will all Ghanaians have access to the Ghana card before they get registered for the elections in 2020.
All these issues put together got A Plus angry, he took to social media and wrote some statements which were reasonable but ended up describing the behaviour of the EC as though it is synonymous to “kicking a woman but wearing a condom to prevent diseases”
