A fully United NDC leadership at the funeral of the late Francis Agbodze at Kpedze where the following dignitaries were present for a united front against the 2024 general election.
It has been alleged that the National Democratic Congress NDC has been divided due to the outcome of the 2020 general election.
The following core members of the party came to the funeral to mourn the late Comrade Francis Agbodze; His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, Prof. Naana Jane Opoku Agyemang, Rt. Hon. Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin, Rt. Hon. Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin, Hon. Haruna Iddrisu, Chairman Ofosu Ampofo, and General Johnson Asiedu Nketiah.
It was with deep sorrow that we bade farewell to two outstanding Comrades of the NDC fraternity over the weekend.
Comrade Cosmos Etse Asem (AKA Kpikpiikpi) was a worthy opponent in the 2012 NDC parliamentary primaries who remained loyal and committed to the NDC’s well-being in North Tongu until his passing. He went on to serve on all my constituency campaign teams.
After that, I proceeded to Ho West to mourn with my brother Comrade Kwasi Bedzrah whose predecessor Comrade Francis Agbotse was laid to rest. As a pioneer MP of the Fourth Republic, Hon. Agbotse made his mark as a dynamic patriot.
May the lives and works of the Comrades departed to serve as a guiding light in our own contributions to national reconstruction.
